I am seriously going to have to stop apologising for my lack of blogging ... it's not my fault I am a third year with a ridiculous amount of work to do and only five weeks to do it all in...
Today is a Saturday and my friend and I are in the library. This proves how dedicated I am (if we ignore the past few days of sitting around my house doing nothing)
Why is it so hard to get focused though? I am the queen of procrastination believe me but for some reason I woke up today in a productive mood and managed to brainstorm a load of freelance ideas before I got up for breakfast. So in my defence my mind/body control whether or not I am going to do any work in a particular day or not...not me...
So today I have a long list of things to get through and browsing my blog worrying I don't write about my crappy life enough is not going to get anything done...so have a good day everyone!

Cheryl Cole to be the new Bond girl...
...are you kidding me!?!?!
That would be TERRIBLE.
Ian Fleming's stories of 007 have already been ruined with the use of Daniel Craig as possibly the worst James Bond ever but paired with Cole has got to be the makings of a DISASTER.
She is the most over-rated person ever. (TEAM DANNII)
Due to hit our screens next year, rumours surrounding the 23rd Bond film have been arife, especially with news of who will play Craig's on-screen lover.
The Mummy actress Rachel Weisz was reportedly at 10/1 but is now at 2/1 as photos have been circulating linking Weisz and Craig as a couple. Now with Cheryl Cole at 50/1, surely Emma Watson at 10/1 or Star Trek's Zoe Saldana at 15/8 are far better choices!!
Watson might be a bit young however to be linked with Craig romantically...maybe in a few years (and when they have found a better agent...my money is on Ed Westwick)
So who will it be? I'm sure I will go see the new film regardless of its crap cast just to see how it fairs up to the rest of them...
...bring back Pierce Brosnan is all I have to say on the matter!!

oh dear...
My mum just used the phrase "I should cokey..." What on earth does that mean?? Strange woman...
I am using my time very wisely today - stuck in a car with my family travelling up to Cheshire to see the rest of our family for a few days. Usually would take about 4hours...today however we've already been 2hours and have done around 10% of the journey. So what am I doing to pass the time? Update my blog of course!!
With the new year approaching I am going to update the design again next week and make sure I regularly update :)
My other resolutions for 2011 are:
1. To actually graduate with a decent grade therefore meaning I will start (and finish) my dissertation and the other work I need to do...
2. To keep a diary
3. Find a job!!!
4. Stop biting my nails...or make sure they grow!! They always get to a certain length and I feel great then they all break...next year I will stop this vicious circle!!

It's Christmas Time
...There's no need to be afraid!
Don't know why but I always seem to have that line (not the song just the line) in my head! Random!
Here's another random thing for you; a list of everything I love about Christmas...got any to add to my list??
-Twinkling fairy lights on other houses
-The amount of roasts we have over a period of two weeks..yum!
-Putting up the tree and all the decorations
-The excitement as the pile of presents under our tree gets bigger
-Even more excitement from around the 16th when mum breaks up from school and brings all her boxes of chocs back for us to devour
-Spending time with all the family
Unfortunately my phone decided not to send this on Christmas Eve when I wrote it so it seems a tad late from your point of view...owell the twelve days of Christmas and all that!!
Hope everyone had a great Christmas :)

Preview: Due Date
On Wednesday, my boyfriend and I went to see Due Date at the cinema. 2for1 on Orange Wednesday makes it an ideal 'date' for the both of us; especially now since the prices have gone up to £9.60 for an adult...pft not looking forward to leaving the student prices behind next year!
Go to my 'Film Reviews' page and check out what I thought of the film.
Leave any feedback under this post!!

Techno-Prats
My mother has finally moved up in the world of technology. No longer does she communicate via her pink Samsung push up mobile (Do you even know what I'm describing? That is how old this phone is!) She is now the proud owner of a purple, yes purple, Blackberry Bold.
Cue round of applause.
To be honest, I thought I was going to have to spend hours teaching her how to use each button but no no she is no longer a techno-prat and has amazed me with her BBM-ing skills. The sad thing is we are now the BBfamily...as all four of us own one....deary me! Remind me not to get mine out when with them!! On the plus side, four way BBM convos are amazing!! I've always wondered why the UK have never cottoned on to the multi-way phone calls, just like in Mean Girls or Lizzie McGuire (yes I did just reference a Disney Channel programme). How cool would that be - talking to all your friends at once as if you were sat round a table at lunch!
While we are on the subject of amazing things, my mother did not only upgrade her phone yesterday, she also bought a Blu-Ray player. I mean, where is my mum and what have you done to her?!
Being one of those annoying people who can't tell the difference between HD TV and non-HD TV (we have had many a discussion over this in my student house) I have to say you CAN tell the difference when it comes to Blu-Ray; especially Beauty and the Beast, which looks out of this world!!
I am not however, conforming to what the Blu-Ray world want and re-buying every single DVD I own....the DVD is not becoming the new VHS and I am not a millionaire!
Cue round of applause.
